At Jells Park Primary School we use the following methods of communication:
Jells Park Primary School has a commitment to the environment and does not send out any printed notices or advertising material.
Face to Face
Face to face meetings can be held with teachers at any time throughout the year. Parents are provided with teacher email addresses at the beginning of each year which parents can use to arrange meetings.
Our primary method of communication is via email. All notices will be delivered electronically to parents & carers. If teachers have specific information or communications to send out they will email parents directly.
Sentral App
The Sentral App is used for a wide range of communication functions including:
Notifications
Teacher messaging
Attendance Reporting – this will replace emails to the ‘attendance@jpps’ email address
Attendance viewing – you will have access to see your child/ren’s attendance
An events calendar
Viewing the Newsletter
Approval for Learning Technologies/Publicity/Head lice etc
Parent/Teacher Interview bookings
Excursion Information & permissions
Event Payments
Qkr App
In 2022 Qkr will be available for Parent Contribution payments and canteen orders.
“Getting to Know Your Child” interviews are held with your child’s Home Group teacher in February each year. Parent/Teacher interviews are available in June with your child’s Home Group teacher following publication of reports.
